Chance International Outreach provides a safe and stable environment for young girls in Liberia. CIO provides a Christian education, life skill training programs, and housing to empower poor and deserving young girls to stay in school. CIO is motivated by Jesus's words "Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me." - Matthew 25:40 (NIV) Services The primary goal is to first bring those rescued to a relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. Through this program, we help our residents regain a sense of hope for their lives and they come to realize that true life can only be found in the Lord Jesus Christ. CIO's holistic approach shows how God places importance and value on each person's body, soul, and spirit.
